As reported by the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on the evening of February 24 in a metro car moving from the Park Pobedy station in the direction of the Elektrosila station.
“There was a conflict between several teenagers and a 40-year-old man, during which the teenagers struck him several times,” the report says.
The suspects were detained on February 26.
They turned out to be three young people, 16, 17 and 18 years old.
They were given a written undertaking not to leave the place and to behave properly.
