At the same time, the minister pointed out that the American side has formed a whole network of biological laboratories to study the properties of pathogens in a particular region that could be transmitted to humans and cause pandemics.
At the same time, according to him, of the 330 existing American facilities, about 40 are located on Ukrainian territory.
“In this regard, in modern conditions, the role of the NBC protection troops is increasing every year,” he added.
