, Stéphane Renaud, a trainer and canine behaviorist, says he is in favor of "an evolution of the law" to avoid owners of dogs weighing more than 6 kilos to put a muzzle on them.

“I think there could be a logbook for this type of dog, to demonstrate its behavioral stability by having passed a short examination with competent people. That would reassure everyone,” he says on Europe 1 .
