On a raw egg, the words "Tenth Anniversary of Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei" gradually appeared.

This is a five-axis CNC machine tool independently developed by Beijing Jingdiao Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jingdiao Technology). It uses a spindle head speed of 18,000 revolutions per minute to carve on eggshells with a thickness of 0.3 mm to 0.4 mm. "Results".

"The vigorous development of Jingdiao Technology is inseparable from the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy." Yang Mangan, a staff member of Jingdiao Technology, said that around 2010, the 3C (computer, communications and consumer electronics) market was booming, and the market for mid- to high-end products was booming. The demand for machine tools has also become increasingly strong, and Jingdiao Technology's industrial land resources in Beijing are tight. "The same workshop must not only repeatedly test the quality of product development, but also serve normal production tasks, which is far from meeting the strong product demand."

In order to break the bottleneck of corporate development, Jingdiao Technology turned its attention to outside Beijing.

In 2014, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei was elevated to a national strategy.

Jingdiao Technology has moved its production and assembly base in Beijing to Langfang, Hebei Province, with a construction area of 220,000 square meters and an annual output of approximately 6,000 to 8,000 medium-sized precision engraving machines.

This year, the Tianjin base is planned to be put into use, focusing on the research and development and production of key core components of machine tools.

Over the past ten years, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have worked hard to break down institutional barriers and form a development pattern with common goals, integrated measures, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit. Industrial transfers and docking are frequent, and industrial cooperation is becoming increasingly close.

The "Beijing R&D, Tianjin and Hebei production" model like Jingdiao Technology is accelerating.

From the successful site selection in 2017 to the start of construction in May 2018, from trial production in June 2019 to mass production in 2021, Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Investment Company) and its affiliated Beijing Rail Transit Technology and Equipment Group Co., Ltd. has established the Hebei Beijing Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Base (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Vehicle) in Baoding, Hebei Province. A total of 17 models and more than 700 vehicles have been rolled off the production line. The products serve the western section of Beijing Metro Line 11 (Winter Olympics branch line), 12 Line etc.

In addition to Hebei Railway Vehicles, which improves the intelligent manufacturing capabilities of rail transit vehicles, Beijing Investment Corporation has set up a technology research institute in Beijing to be responsible for the research and development of high-end rail transit equipment. This not only leverages the innovation advantages of the capital, but also promotes the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industries in the surrounding Beijing area.

"Industrial coordinated development is the entity content and key support for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei." Ye Tanglin, executive vice president of the Megacity Economic and Social Development Research Institute of Capital University of Economics and Business, said that as one of the most dynamic and innovative regions in China's economy, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have relatively good conditions for coordinated industrial development.

Beijing is rich in education and talent resources and active in scientific and technological innovation; Tianjin has abundant industrial space, is close to ports and has convenient transportation; Hebei has a solid manufacturing foundation, abundant natural resources, and a relatively abundant labor supply.

He pointed out that since the implementation of the major national strategy for coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the three major areas of transportation, ecology, and industry have taken the lead in achieving breakthroughs.

The "chess game" of underground good industries in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has transformed from industrial transfer and undertaking to industrial chain cooperation, creating a multi-level and multi-field industrial linkage development pattern.

Liu Bozheng, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Cooperation Office and executive deputy director of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Joint Office, used a series of figures to describe the heavy report card handed over by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional industrial cooperation: Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei mapped six key industrial chains including biomedicine. , held the first Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Chain Supply Chain Conference, with 152 signed projects and an investment amount of 122.9 billion yuan (RMB, the same below). The resilience of the regional industrial chain and supply chain continues to improve.

At the same time, Zhongguancun companies have established more than 10,000 branches in Tianjin and Hebei, and Beijing companies have invested 49,000 times in companies in Tianjin and Hebei, with a total investment of 2.3 trillion yuan.

Ten years of wind and rain, ten years of spring and autumn.

Data released by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics shows that in the past ten years, the total economic output of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has exceeded 5 trillion yuan. The GDP of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2023 will be 10.4 trillion yuan. Calculated at current prices, it is 2013 yuan. 1.9 times; the three places were 4,376.07 billion yuan, 1,673.73 billion yuan and 4,394.41 billion yuan respectively, which were 2.1 times, 1.7 times and 1.8 times that of 2013.

"Based on the new starting point of the 10th anniversary of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the coordinated development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will be consistently implemented in all aspects of the entire work process of the three places, forming a vivid practice of Chinese modernization." Liu Bozheng said that he will promote Tianjin and Beijing's scientific and technological innovation collaboration and industrial system integration will jointly play a radiating and high-end leading role, and jointly support Hebei to better undertake scientific and technological spillover effects and industrial transfer.

Strengthen collaborative innovation and industrial collaboration among the three places, ensure the implementation of key industrial chain maps, work together to build a world-class advanced manufacturing cluster, and jointly cultivate new productivity.
