A few days after Emmanuel Macron's visit to the Salon de l'Agriculture, it is Gabriel Attal's turn to meet farmers.

Since his appointment to Matignon, the Prime Minister has been trying to resolve the agricultural crisis.

In the alleys of the largest farm in France, he will also take the opportunity to target the National Rally.

After Emmanuel Macron's chaotic visit on Saturday, during the opening of the Agricultural Show, the Prime Minister in turn goes this Tuesday to the alleys of the largest farm in France.

Gabriel Attal will arrive at dawn to milk the cows.

After an hour's detour through the assembly in the afternoon to answer questions to the government, he will return to the living room and probably stay there until late in the evening.

The Prime Minister should take the opportunity to shell the National Rally, whose president, Jordan Bardella, spent two days alongside the farmers at the show.

The head of government will also try to forget the chaotic sequence of Emmanuel Macron's arrival.

Gabriel Attal, a novice in agriculture two months ago

A minister says he expects some heated moments but in his eyes Gabriel Attal's visit should be less vigorous than that of the President.

“We can see this as revenge for the head of government when EM had privately criticized his way of negotiating with the FNSEA,” judges a majority executive.

Since his appointment, Gabriel Attal has been on the move to try to defuse the crisis.

A novice in agriculture, having arrived in Matignon less than two months ago, he now knows perfectly the demands of farmers and the problems of the sector.

And for good reason, underlines one of his close friends, the Prime Minister has increased his travels and spent nearly forty hours in meetings with stakeholders from the agricultural world.
