A WhatsApp chain that warns of alleged home invasions with false court orders has been activated again in Spain, but in reality it is a hoax that has been circulating since at least 2011 and about which the Civil Guard

confirmed in 2018 and in 2019 that there was no evidence

that there were cases in this country.

The viral message states that some people

are calling the phones

and, to get them to open, they warn that they are going to deliver a court order.

Next, it is explained that they ask for a

DNI number, the "identity card" or the registry data

.

However, there is no alert for these thefts.

The Telematic Crimes Group of the Civil Guard has already denied this on its Twitter account, stating that

there is no knowledge that "this is happening in our country."

The Zaragoza Civil Guard account also published it a year later, in 2019.

Both the Police telephone number that appears in the chain, 911, and some of the terms used, such as "identity card",

do not correspond to Spain, but to Latin America

.

Furthermore, it is a message that has been circulating since at least 2011.
