The second review of the draft improves the principles for determining the scope of confidential matters, further standardizes classification authority, details the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of confidential personnel, and improves the management measures for the resignation of confidential personnel.

　　An important task of this Standing Committee meeting is to prepare for the second session of the 14th National People's Congress.

The meeting reviewed the draft work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and reviewed the proposals submitted by the Chairman's Conference for deliberation on the draft agenda of the second session of the 14th National People's Congress, the draft list of the presidium and secretary-general, and the draft list of non-voting persons.
