This is stated on the website of the mayor of Moscow.

“City residents will be asked to answer the question: “Is it necessary to cut down poplar trees in Moscow to get rid of poplar fluff?”

- the message notes.

Voting will take place on March 2 from 08:00 to 14:00.

There is no need to register in advance.

Testing will be organized at the sites and online at elec.mos.ru.

Citizens will get acquainted with the features of electronic voting, and developers will check the correct operation of all systems.

To participate in testing, you will need to be permanently registered in the capital and be over 18 years old.

Those who want to do this on the mos.ru portal will also need a full account.

You can check the available voting methods (online or using electronic terminals) using a special service in your personal account.

Earlier it was reported that more than 3 million voters submitted applications to participate in remote electronic voting (DEG) for the 2024 Russian presidential elections.

According to the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, DEG will be available to residents of 28 Russian regions.

On February 9, the Central Election Commission approved the text of the ballot paper for voting in the presidential elections in Russia.
