“Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved a ban on gasoline exports for six months, starting from March 1, 2024,” the statement says.

It is noted that the temporary ban will not affect already agreed supplies to the EAEU countries, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. 

In addition, according to the publication, it was decided to increase the standard for diesel sales on the stock exchange to 16%.



Previously, Russia increased energy supplies in the eastern direction to 85%.

Also, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia will additionally increase the production of diesel by 30 million tons by 2030 and gasoline by 5 million tons.
