Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced this at an operational meeting with his deputies.

“We will allocate 12 billion rubles to Russian entities for the modernization of utility infrastructure as part of a specialized federal project,” he said.

According to Mishustin, the funds are intended, in particular, for updating utility networks, repairing boiler houses, and wastewater treatment plants.

Earlier, the General Director of the European Legal Service, Andrei Goloshchapov, explained how families can get discounts on housing and communal services.
