for four months , has reported the facts to the

Malaga Prosecutor's Office

and has requested protection so that she can undergo surgery. .

The affected person, who has been suffering for more than 120 days from severe pain, urinary incontinence and body discomfort, has been suffering from day to day life in a situation of uncertainty for all this time, not knowing when she will be operated on, as reported by the

Association of the Defender of the Patient

, who has referred the case to the chief prosecutor of Malaga.

Before communicating the facts to the Prosecutor's Office, the Patient Ombudsman brought the facts to the attention of the Costa del Sol Hospital and the Andalusian Ministry of Health.

The Patient Ombudsman requests that appropriate actions be taken so that the woman is intervened immediately since her situation is of vital urgency and its worsening prevents her from carrying out her duties in her daily life.
