　　At present, the traditional logistics development model of "low price, low efficiency, and low benefit" can no longer meet the requirements of high-quality development of my country's real economy.

As the growth rate of the logistics market slows down, the pressure to reduce costs is difficult to transmit, and it is urgent to find a strategic path for development in the new era.

　　In this regard, this Central Financial and Economic Commission meeting clearly required that we start from three aspects-

Optimize the transportation structure -

strengthen "road-to-rail" and "road-to-water", deepen the reform of the comprehensive transportation system, and form a unified, efficient, competitive and orderly logistics market.

Optimize the main corridors -
