The press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Novosibirsk region reports this.
According to the department, rescuers evacuated nine people from the building, and another 17 residents evacuated on their own.
“During the work, two people were found without signs of life.
One of them was in the burning apartment,” the report says.
Experts are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
