  • USA Abascal 'globalizes' his speech at the 'Trumpism' assembly

The leader of

Vox

,

Santiago Abascal,

and former US President

Donald Trump

held a meeting this Saturday in Washington within the framework of the Conservative Action Political Conference (CPAC), one of the main events around the Republican Party of the United States.

That event gave Vox the opportunity to promote itself as

a political formation in tune with and close to Trump,

since Abascal not only managed to have a meeting with the main favorite in the race for the White House, but there was also

a joint photograph,

with both posing with a thumbs up, and a public mention of his presence in the room during the speech that the former US president made at the lectern.

Official Vox sources reported last night that the meeting between Abascal and Trump lasted

"15 minutes" and in it they analyzed "the policies that both share:

the strengthening of borders against illegal immigration;

the sovereignty of nations against globalism;

the protection of family and life against gender ideology and woke culture;

"the prosperity of the middle classes in the face of the climate dictatorship, as well as the firm commitment to investment in Defense."

According to these official Vox sources, Trump encouraged this party "to continue defending" these types of postulates and pointed out that Abascal has a "great reputation" among "conservatives around the world."

Likewise, Vox highlighted the mention that Trump made of Abascal in his official speech, when he mentioned him during the greeting session to the political leaders who were present from other parts of the world.

Regarding Vox, he noted, as reported by this party, that he was

delighted to have met him, congratulated him for the "good job"

and predicted that from what he reads "soon" he will be "number one" in Spain.
