It is noteworthy that on February 22 of each year, the Saudis celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the first Saudi state by the founding king, Muhammad bin Saud, in 1727. This is an occasion that differs from the Kingdom’s National Day, which falls on September 23 of each year.
