An investigation was opened after accusations of “rape and sexual assault, sometimes against minor victims” targeting psychoanalyst Gérard Miller.

An investigation was opened after accusations of "rape and sexual assault, sometimes against minor victims" targeting psychoanalyst Gérard Miller, the Paris prosecutor's office announced on Friday, which received six reports from women.

The public prosecutor indicates having received, as of February 22, "six reports" on non-consensual "at least sexual" gestures between 1995 and 2005. The psychoanalyst and columnist defended himself in a letter at the time of the first accusations in the press at the end of January, claiming to have “the conviction of not having forced anyone”.
