UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) reports that over the past two years in Ukraine, where Russia continues to invade the military, children have spent up to 5,000 hours in underground shelters under air raid warnings, and many children have suffered mental health problems. It has been pointed out that they are under a lot of stress.

According to UNICEF, since February 2022, when Russia's military invasion began, air raid warnings have been issued in Ukraine nearly 6,200 times in the eastern Donetsk region and approximately 3,500 times in the southern Zaporizhzhya region and the eastern Kharkiv region. That's it.

Over the past two years, children across the country have spent approximately 3,000 to 5,000 hours in underground shelters and subway station premises after receiving air raid warnings, or 4 to 7 months in days. I think it's equivalent.

This situation has a serious impact on the mental state of children, with

half of 13- to 15-year-olds having sleep disorders and

one in five suffering from post-traumatic stress (PTSD), including flashbacks. This means that they are complaining of typical symptoms of the disorder.

In addition, the prolonged military invasion is having an impact on children's education, with

40% of children nationwide unable to continue their education due to damage to their schools, etc.

▽In areas close to the front lines, half of the people are unable to attend school.

UNICEF Executive Director Russell said, ``Continuous attacks are preventing children from recovering from pain and trauma. Millions of children are also left without an education.'' It shows the feeling.
