Students from CP to CM2 will receive a 2-euro collector's coin and a booklet in the colors of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. It’s a gift that fell from the sky for schoolchildren and has caused teachers’ unions to react.

National Education will provide students from CP to CM2 with a 2-euro collector's coin and a booklet in the colors of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This initiative costs the State 16 million euros, and according to Jean-Rémi Girard, president of the National Union of High Schools, Colleges and Schools and Higher Education, “there was undoubtedly better to do” with this money.
