The head of the press center of the Vostok group, Alexander Gordeev, said that within 24 hours the military personnel of the association inflicted fire on the 72nd mechanized brigade and the 128th territorial defense brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the areas of Vladimirovka and Staromayorsky in the South Donetsk direction.
In addition, an enemy counterattack in the Novozlatopol area was repelled.
As the head of the press center of the Center group, Alexander Savchuk, said, during the day in the Avdeevsky direction, seven counterattacks of the 71st Jaeger, 3rd Assault and 53rd Mechanized Brigades were repelled in the Krasnogorovsky sector, west of Avdeevka and Lastochkin.
In addition, air defense systems in the sector shot down four drones and a HIMARS missile.

Soldiers of the 55th Guards Motorized Rifle (Mountain) Brigade of the Central Military District stated that some of the fiercest battles took place in the area of the railway station, where the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were concentrated.

Russian military personnel also noted that the enemy left a large amount of evidence at their positions confirming the direct presence of mercenaries from the USA, Canada and EU countries as part of the nationalist units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Ministry of Defense clarified that the militants who abandoned their positions in Avdiivka left behind, in particular, more than 20 grenade launchers of various types, including automatic ones.
More than 200 Polish-made mines, American hand grenades, and several thousand rounds of ammunition made in Italy were also found at enemy positions.
A Starlink system terminal and a heavy quadcopter were also captured.
In addition, crews of the Grad multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) of the Airborne Forces destroyed the manpower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at a temporary deployment point on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.
As the department noted, the crews of these combat vehicles are on duty around the clock.
“A matter of seconds passes from receiving the coordinates of the target to the first salvo, after which an adjustment and a second salvo are carried out, after which a platoon of Ukrainian soldiers was destroyed, and the surviving militants hastily fled,” the Ministry of Defense noted.
Among other things, the crews of Su-25 attack aircraft used unguided aircraft missiles to hit the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Krasnolimansk direction.
“The crews of Su-25 attack aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces attacked strong points and concentrations of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The pilots used unguided S-13 aircraft missiles.
The launches were carried out from a pitch-up position at an extremely low altitude,” the department said.
Along with this, Deputy Minister of Defense Colonel General Viktor Goremykin presented state awards to the servicemen of the Center group who distinguished themselves during the liberation of Avdeevka.
The soldiers received medals “For Courage”, “For Bravery” and “For Saving the Dead”.
During the award ceremony, Goremykin noted the high morale of the military personnel performing tasks on the front line and thanked them for their courage, perseverance and professionalism.
