The Government Information Office in Gaza said that 40 martyrs and more than 100 were wounded as a result of the Israeli raids that targeted 4 homes in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, and 20 Palestinians were martyred in raids that targeted Khalifa Street in the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, north of the Strip.

In a statement, the office held the US administration and the international community, in addition to the occupation, fully responsible for these ongoing crimes.

The office called on the countries of the free world to stop the genocidal war waged by the Israeli occupation army against civilians, children and women immediately and urgently.

Al Jazeera's camera monitored the arrival of injured people, most of them children and women, to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.

In the north, an Al Jazeera correspondent reported that Israeli raids left 20 martyrs and a number missing on Khalifa Street in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City. The correspondent indicated that a number of people are still missing and their fate is unknown as a result of those raids.

Before that, Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that a number of Palestinians were martyred, and others were injured, as a result of the occupation forces bombing displaced persons who were heading from Gaza City to the south, in addition to a number of other people who were queuing for the arrival of aid at the Nabulsi roundabout, in Gaza City.

Also in Khan Yunis, the reporter said that the Israeli occupation army blew up residential squares in various areas of the city of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

New toll

Al Jazeera's correspondent also reported that air strikes targeted the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, and the Tal al-Zaatar area in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al Jazeera's correspondent reported that Israeli warplanes targeted a police station in the middle of Jabalia refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip, leading to injuries among passers-by.

Al Jazeera monitored the damage caused by the bombing, including damage to nearby buildings, including a building belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported Thursday that the Israeli occupation committed 9 massacres in the Strip, claiming 97 martyrs and 132 wounded within 24 hours.

The Ministry explained that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen since the seventh of last October to 29,410 martyrs and 69,465 injured.

Storming Nasser complex

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health in Gaza said - on Thursday - that Israeli forces re-stormed the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, south of the Strip, shortly after withdrawing from it.

The Ministry stated that the occupation forces stormed the Nasser Medical Complex with 4 troop carriers, which is the largest hospital still operating in the Gaza Strip.

The World Health Organization says that the hospital, which is of great importance in light of the paralysis that struck the health services sector in the Gaza Strip, stopped working last week after a week-long Israeli siege that was followed by a raid.
