) is investigating a teacher from a private school in
Torrelodones
as the alleged perpetrator of two sexual assaults on two five-year-old students from the center, as confirmed by legal sources.
According to these sources, the teaching assistant was
arrested last week
and, after appearing before the judge, he was released with a ban on approaching the victims or the educational center, with the withdrawal of his passport and with the obligation to appear in court every week.
According to the information provided by Cadena Ser, one of the minors told her parents about the events and they
took her to the hospital
, where they activated the corresponding protocol. As a result of that complaint, another was filed for alleged attacks on another girl and a third by the parents of a minor, although in this case for events that have nothing to do with sexual violence.
The court has adopted precautionary measures given the seriousness of the reported events, which occurred in the educational center itself, and the risk of their repetition.
