The lawyer warned that the main rule in both cases is to prevent fertilizers from spilling onto neighboring lands, reservoirs or water supply systems, since this can be interpreted as causing harm to the environment.
“For individuals, the fine ranges from 2 thousand to 7 thousand rubles,” he concluded.
