Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Mikhail Galuzin made this statement in an interview with RIA Novosti.

“They view the way out of it only through the prism of war and intend to conduct military operations “to the bitter end,” the diplomat said.

At the same time, Galuzin added that so far neither Kyiv nor Western countries have shown any desire to negotiate.

The deputy foreign minister also noted that Moscow had not heard about any new peace proposals to resolve the Ukrainian crisis over the past few months.

Previously, the Foreign Ministry did not rule out retaliatory measures in the event of Ukraine’s seizure of Russian assets.
