"Currently, the cooperation zone regards the customs closure operation as the top priority of its work. After the customs is closed and put into operation, the cooperation zone will set up seven "second-line" channels for external communication, and plans to build a new customs inspection facility in the Maozhou Tunnel to further facilitate travel out of the island.
