According to the data presented, the funds allocated to Kyiv should be used to provide urgent assistance, including access to basic needs. For example, housing, provision of protection, clean water, access to education and healthcare, RIA Novosti reports.

The money sent to Moldova will go to targeted assistance to the most vulnerable segments of the population and will include humanitarian cash assistance for basic needs, protection and health care.
