“Three teenagers were detained suspected of hooliganism and robbery against two 18-year-old local residents (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Hooliganism”) and Part 2 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Robbery”)," they said in the department.
According to investigators, on January 9, teenagers robbed two young people in a shopping center - at knifepoint, they demanded 50 thousand rubles from them, but due to a lack of money, their mobile phones were eventually taken away.
Earlier, a court in Ussuriysk arrested ninth-graders who beat and robbed a SVO participant.
