This was stated in an interview with RIA Novosti by the Chairman of the Defense Committee of the Senate of Pakistan, Mushahid Hussein Syed.
“We are looking at cooperation in the defense and military spheres,” the senator said.
According to him, this cooperation could include military equipment, military training, and the exchange of ideas between think tanks on security issues.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Sports concluded a memorandum of cooperation in the field of sports with Pakistan.
Also, the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, said that Russia is constantly in contact with Iran and Pakistan through diplomatic channels.
