During this tribute there have been no representatives of the groups of Junts (seven deputies), ERC (seven), EH Bildu (six) and Podemos (four) in their seats, which have arrived later at the Chamber to participate in the normal development of the Plenary.
On the other hand, members of the other parliamentary groups have been present in the minute of silence. In a large number those from the
PP, PSOE, Sumar, Vox and PNV

The absence of a majority of the pro-independence deputies fuels the controversy that was already experienced last week in the
