The court established that in the period from February 25 to March 17, 2022, on the orders of Sery and Kovkrak, nationalists fired at the village of Lebedinskoevo DPR from a howitzer and a cannon.
As a result of at least two hundred rounds of high-explosive fragmentation shells, four residential buildings were damaged.
The court sentenced Sery to 27 years of imprisonment to be served in a maximum security correctional colony, and Kovkrak to 28 years of imprisonment to be served in a maximum security correctional colony.
Earlier, the Supreme Court of the DPR sentenced militant of the Azov national regiment* Renat Aliyev to life imprisonment for the murder of five civilians in Mariupol.
