“Choose a preventive measure against Leonid Yakovlevich Gozman in the form of detention for a period of two months,” the message says.
Earlier, RT sources reported that Gozman received a residence permit in Italy.
The politician confirmed his passive income by providing the Italian authorities with evidence of a stable flow of funds into his accounts from owning assets outside the country. Rome defines the status of such foreigners as financially independent persons.
