It is clarified that the London court will begin consideration of the merits of Ovsyannikov’s case on March 10, 2025. The next preliminary hearing will take place on March 5 this year.

At the same time, the judge extended the bail conditions, which stipulate that the accused surrender his Russian and British passports to the authorities, is noted daily at the London Brixton police station, and cannot approach ports, airports or train stations from where he can leave the country.

He is also required to wear an electronic bracelet.

Earlier, The Times newspaper wrote that Ovsyannikov was detained in London on charges of violating the sanctions regime.
