The press service of the court clarified that the shares of Lipetsk Confectionery Factory Roshen JSC and 94.9976% of shares in the authorized capital of Roshen LLC, owned by the Central European Confectionery Company, should be converted into Russian income, 5% of shares in the authorized capital capital of Roshen LLC, owned by Oleg Kazakov.

The activities of Petro Poroshenko, his son Alexey Poroshenko and the general director of the enterprise Oleg Kazakov are prohibited in Russia due to their extremist activities.

In July 2023, the head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption, Vitaly Borodin, turned to Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov with a request to check the activities of Petro Poroshenko’s confectionery factory in Lipetsk. Then Borodin called for the nationalization of its assets, emphasizing that in fact it remains the property of the ex-president of Ukraine.
