“Sometimes it seems that this act, in my opinion, is a criminal act, but the final word in its assessment should be with the court, it was committed under the influence of a momentary impulse: I wanted it, once - and it’s done,” Konstantinov said.
Earlier, Konstantinov called a record number of violations during the transfer of the Crimean peninsula to the Ukrainian SSR.
In addition, he stated that the annexation of the peninsula to the Ukrainian SSR was carried out behind the scenes.
