Members of the
Malaga Local Police
have arrested the driver of a scooter as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of injuries, after attacking another man during a traffic argument and biting him on the right ear and eyebrow, wounds for which he had to be transferred to the hospital for the application of stitches and evaluation by a surgeon.
The events took place around 8:25 a.m. on February 8, when the victim, who was in his vehicle,
reproached the aggressor for his driving
, as he was riding an electric scooter in the opposite direction, forcing him to brake suddenly to avoid running over him.
The detainee's reaction was to pounce on the driver and punch and bite him in the face, and then fled, the Local Police said in a statement.
However, despite the injuries, the attacked person began to follow him and informed Room 092 of the Malaga Local Police. Thus, with the driver's own instructions, the local police officers were able to locate both. The agents proceeded to interview the alleged aggressor, who acknowledged the facts and maintained a cocky and defiant attitude at all times, not collaborating in his identification and search, being supported by a team of National Police who appeared at the scene.
After realizing that the detainee could be under the influence of alcohol, the local police transferred him to the
Accident and Traffic Investigation Group (GIAA)
of the Malaga Local Police, where he was subjected to a breathalyzer test, giving a final level in the air. exhaled 0.97 mg/l.
Given the seriousness of the injuries caused and the strong resistance shown, the local police officers proceeded to arrest the man and transfer him to police stations, and he was subsequently brought to justice.
