“The more the Ukrainian Armed Forces lose on the battlefield, the more actively they try to hit civilian targets. The strikes are now specifically targeting crowds of people; the militants are waiting for people to go out for walks with their children on weekends or during rush hour on weekdays,” she noted.
According to her, since the beginning of 2024, “more than 9,000 arrivals of Ukrainian Armed Forces shells have been recorded in new regions of Russia.”
