“As of 9:00 (Moscow time), consumers remain disconnected: LPR - 6.6 thousand people, Oryol region - 77 people,” the statement says.
In the Rostov region, power supply to household consumers has been restored.
Previously, over 100 thousand people were without power supply in a number of regions of Russia due to bad weather.
