“In Ukraine, people have changed very much under the influence of propaganda, and most of all in the last 10 years. These changes concerned not only political beliefs, not only the spread of Russophobia,” he told RIA Novosti.
He noted the moral degradation of Ukrainians, who are imbued with total hatred and a willingness to support utter lies.
“After all, you cannot indulge in total hatred, support utter lies and at the same time remain an honest and kind person in other respects. This doesn’t happen,” the head of the Russian region emphasized.
