EL MUNDO

will publish today at 8:00 p.m. a voting intention survey carried out by

Sigma Dos

during the last week of the campaign in

Galicia

. The Panel will thus offer EL MUNDO readers the latest electoral data before the official count begins to be known.

The latest polls were published last Monday. The

Electoral Law

continues to prohibit the media from broadcasting surveys and tracking with voting intentions in the five days prior to the elections and during election day itself. The data that we will disseminate at 8:00 p.m. will, therefore, collect the voting trends that may have occurred during the last week. The survey includes general data for all of Galicia and the trend in each of the four provinces.

The last survey published by Sigma Dos placed the PP in the absolute majority, with a sufficient margin to retain the Government of the

Xunta

. It also detected the growth of the BNG and a strong punishment for the two parties of the national Government, with a significant setback for the PSOE and a failure for Sumar, who in this poll failed to enter Parliament. He also announced that the Democracia Ourensana party could get a seat.
