In a conversation with Lenta.ru, a military expert said: “Indeed, the defense of the Ukrainian army is crumbling.”
The interlocutor also cited factors such as a shortage of ammunition and a lack of motivated and resilient reserves that could replace those that are destroyed and surrender.
“Many people who surrender today openly declare that they see no prospects for further struggle,” Matviychuk continued.
At the Munich Security Conference, Josep Borrell said that the battlefield situation in the conflict in Ukraine “will be resolved within three months.” He did not specify what, in his opinion, the outcome of the conflict would be.
