RT's interlocutor said that he has no complaints about the fact that the door to his apartment was opened.

The man added that he has not yet decided whether he will try to return the dog.

The administration will consider whether to give the dog back to the owner, Sergei Andreev, head of the Tomilino-Oktyabrsky territorial administration, told RT.

“We saw the conditions in which the dog was. The owner, as I understand it, is a single person. We will definitely meet with him, I was there myself - the apartment is in terrible condition,” he said.

He added that everything was fine with the dog; it couldn’t be said that it missed its owner.

Earlier it was reported that law enforcement officers, together with representatives of emergency services, rescued a dog that had been in a locked apartment for a long time in the village of Tomilino, Moscow Region.
