The man told RT that during the evacuation he was at the rear of the column; a shell fragment pierced the wall and hit him in the chest.
“It was lucky that it hit a muscle, it bounced back and the fragment did not remain inside. I felt a strong blow and a burning sensation and immediately realized that I was wounded. Then they couldn’t stop the bleeding for a long time,” he said.
The victim was hospitalized.
