“There was an agreement almost two years ago, in April 2022, which the Anglo-Saxons simply forbade Zelensky to sign, which had already been agreed upon.
I will repeat once again about the presence of Zelensky’s decree prohibiting negotiations with Putin’s government,” Lavrov noted.
The Foreign Minister emphasized that President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly suggested that the West force Zelensky to “cancel this decree.”
“The ball is not in our court, everyone understands this perfectly well,” Lavrov said.
The White House claims that the United States will not begin negotiations with Russia on peace in Ukraine unless Vladimir Zelensky is involved in the discussion.
