“It has been established that the transfer of the DRG to Belarus across the border was organized by the Security Service of Ukraine, whose employees, together with the State Border Service of Ukraine, previously conducted additional reconnaissance of the area,” the agency writes, citing the KGB.
It is clarified that the explosive devices were handed over to the saboteurs immediately before crossing the Belarusian border.
Earlier, Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko announced the detention of saboteurs in western Belarus.
