This is Volodymyr Zelensky's third visit to Paris since the start of the war in Ukraine. The Ukrainian president arrived in France on Friday February 16 to sign with Emmanuel Macron a bilateral security agreement between Paris and kyiv.

“This third visit by the Ukrainian president to Paris since the start of the war will be an opportunity for the two leaders to continue and deepen their dialogue of trust,” said the Élysée.

The bilateral agreement, which follows the commitments made by France at the NATO summit last July, must be detailed during a joint press conference to be followed live on France 24.
