The production of ammunition and fuel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was hit: the Russian Ministry of Defense announced a group strike on Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities

The press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported a new group strike with long-range precision weapons on targets of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine. Targets were hit from air and sea carriers.

It is clarified that on the morning of Thursday, February 15, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck military-industrial complex enterprises where the production and repair of aircraft engines, electronic equipment and communication systems, mortar ammunition were carried out, as well as factories producing fuel for Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment.

As the Russian Ministry of Defense emphasized, the goal of the strike was achieved, all objects were hit.

Previously, the Ministry of Defense reported a group strike on Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities on February 7. Then the enterprises that produced unmanned boats, coastal missile systems, missiles for multiple launch rocket systems and explosives were successfully hit.

Situation on the contact line

In the Kupyansky direction, special operations units of the “West” group of troops hit enemy militants and equipment in the areas of the settlements of Berestovoe, Peschanoye (Kharkov region), Makeevka (LPR) and repelled an attack by the assault group of the 30th mechanized brigade in the area of ​​​​the settlement of Sinkovka (Kharkov region) .

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 105 military personnel, three vehicles, a combat vehicle of the Grad multiple launch rocket system, as well as two self-propelled artillery units - the French-made Caesar and the Gvozdika.

In the Krasnolimansky direction, units of the Center group of troops improved the situation along the front line, and also repelled two attacks by assault groups of the 60th and 63rd mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Yampolovka (DPR) and Chervonaya Dibrova (LPR).

The enemy lost up to 305 people, as well as 15 armored fighting vehicles, including an American Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, 14 vehicles, a Polish-made Krab self-propelled gun and a D-30 howitzer.

In the Donetsk direction, units of the "South" group of troops occupied more advantageous lines and positions, repelled ten enemy attacks, and also hit militants and equipment of the 17th tank, 79th air assault, 24th, 72nd mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and 112th Terrestrial Defense Brigade in the areas of the settlements of Krasnoye, Kleshcheevka, Kurdyumovka, Leninskoye, Konstantinovka and Paraskovievka (DPR). The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 360 servicemen killed and wounded, as well as a tank, three armored combat vehicles, including a Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, and 27 vehicles.

During the counter-battery fight, Krab self-propelled guns, two US-made M777 artillery systems, British-made FH-70 and L119 howitzers, as well as Msta-B, D-30 and three D-20 guns were hit.

In the South Donetsk direction, units of the Vostok group of troops hit militants and equipment of the 58th Infantry, 72nd Mechanized Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 127th and 128th Terrestrial Defense Brigades in the areas of the settlements of Vodyanoye, Vladimirovka, Urozhaynoye (DPR) and Priyutnoye (Zaporozhye region).

The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 200 people here, as well as a tank, two infantry fighting vehicles and eight vehicles. During the counter-battery fight, an FH-70 howitzer, two US-made M198 guns and a Gvozdika self-propelled gun were hit.

In the Kherson direction, aviation and artillery strikes hit personnel and equipment of the 35th Marine Brigade and the 126th Terrestrial Defense Brigade in the areas of the settlements of Tyaginka, Ivanovka and Yantarnoye (Kherson region). The enemy lost up to 20 military personnel, as well as two vehicles, an M777 artillery system and a D-30 howitzer.

Operational-tactical aviation, drones, missile forces and artillery from groups of troops of the Russian Armed Forces hit a number of targets during the day, including the command post of the 72nd mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Manpower and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were damaged in 102 regions.

Air defense systems shot down a MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force in the Kramatorsk region (DPR). In addition, eight HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems and a US-made JDAM guided bomb were intercepted during the day, and 95 Ukrainian drones were destroyed.
