North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected a military factory believed to be producing artillery shells and gave instructions to expand production capacity. The inspection was accompanied by executives of the Workers' Party of Korea, who have visited Russia one after another, and it is possible that military cooperation and donations to Russia were also in mind.

North Korea's state-run Korean Central Television reported on the 15th that General Secretary Kim Jong Un toured an important military factory and confirmed the production process.
