At the same time, the official did not specify what specific measures were being discussed.
Earlier, Andrey Yuzov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said that Telegram is a threat to the country’s security.
Last November, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Alexey Danilov announced a possible blocking of Telegram.
