Two men, aged 37 and 21, have been arrested by the Ertzaintza in Galdácano (Vizcaya) as alleged perpetrators of

crimes against privacy and sexual assault on six minors

to whom they had previously offered gifts in exchange.

As the Ertzaintza announced this Wednesday in a note, the victims were allegedly forced, on occasions, to witness

sexual relations between the two involved

or their attacks on other minors, in encounters that were also recorded.

The arrest of both people involved has been possible thanks to a

police investigation called Musikari,

which remains open, and in which agents are currently analyzing the computer material and electronic devices seized from those arrested.

The Ertzaintza has

confirmed that there are six minors who are victims

of the practices of both those arrested, although it considers that there could be even more affected, which is why it has advised the filing of complaints to determine exactly the scope of these crimes.

The

police investigation led to a first arrest

last February in Galdácano, while the second person involved was arrested this Wednesday, also in this town in Biscay.

The first was placed at the

disposal of the Investigative Court

number 10 of Bilbao, where a judicial restraining order was issued for the victims, while the second detainee was presented today at the Bilbao Guard Court.
