The head of the center, Ruslan Pukhov, announced this in a conversation with RIA Novosti.

In 2022, CAST announced a reward of 1 million rubles to any military man who would capture this platform in a combat zone and transfer it to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Later, the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Department released a report in which it linked the center itself and its head with the Russian Federal Security Service.

“CAST assessed the reaction of Estonian intelligence to this proposal and, for its part, announces a doubling of the reward for the capture of THeMIS to 2 million rubles,” Pukhov said.

In June 2023, music producer Vladimir Kiselyov established a prize for military and civilians who destroyed Western tanks during a special operation.
