The agents and academic authorities
are investigating the harsh attack
by a 12-year-old teenager on another of the same age this Monday inside a high school in the Madrid neighborhood of Ciudad Lineal, a beating that was recorded on video.
The events occurred at 5:10 p.m.
on the 12th in a hallway
of the educational center where several girls were waiting for her after class, after one of them had previously threatened her at recess.
Then, she hit her, climbed on top of the victim and punched her numerous times while keeping her immobilized. After that, the student
lost consciousness and her doctor, after examining her, noticed internal injuries
but recommended 24 hours of rest.
The victim, of Ecuadorian origin and who suffers from epilepsy, had been at that school since September and for a long time receiving insults from the alleged attacker, "who looked at her badly." The aggressor
studies at said institute
but not in the same class.
The victim's mother,
"who is not aggressive or confrontational
," told Telemadrid that a companion of the attacked minor sent her the video and told her that she was sending it to her "so that she could see it and defend herself."
The parent assures that her daughter does not want to return to school "for fear" of
meeting her attacker and has gone to speak with the principal
to ask for an explanation. The center has opened a file, which it has transferred to the Educational Inspection, which
will take the appropriate measures
